I am a mother of eight and am excited about learning new things in Real Estate. I became interested in Real Estate investing as way of freeing up my schedule so I could spend more time with my children. I love working with people. NR

I have been burned by a Company called Nouveau Riche(NR). They just do not deliver what they imply. I have found that many times they market to vulnerable populations, leaving most of those people worse off than before being introduced to NR. I am looking for others who have had bad experiences as well. Please contact me if you or anyone you know has had similiar experiences. I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm new to networking with Blogs and online, but this looked like a good informative site to me. I am originally from Idaho and spent ten years in Boise. I love the Rocky Mountains and have traveled in every state west of Texas. I work with Brokers from Florida and they know a lot of people in the NV market also. I've worked with investors in this area from out of state who also have rentals in the Phoenix areas and some in southern Utah. I would be glad to help you get to know the Austin area, it's a friendly place for long term investors as we have been on every watch list for the last few years from education to retirement communities to watch. The last article I saw was just last month in AARP Magazine.

I have 4 kids, 2 left at home. I admire that you have eight children and have worked full time! You must have a lot of energy, and dedication!

I haven't heard of NR-so no connection there. Hang in there though, you will find someone to work with that you can trust! I suggest finding a mortgage/financial planner that can look at your overall goals like a portfolio of stocks, insurance, and other investments. Then the move to buy is on more solid ground, at least that has been my experience!
